iClinical® learning tools aim to help clinical professionals involved in the delivery of patient care achieve the best learning experience from their existing clinical exposure, whilst also being an excellent preparatory and revision aid for important topics.

Our ethos is to build on the training students have received to date, making use of both modern and innovative teaching aids to take their learning to the next level. The development of iClinical is reinforced by input from our own medical students, focusing each topic towards genuine learning requirements. Furthermore, backing from academics and clinicians affiliated with the University of Birmingham Medical School ensures that iClinical content is academically validated to a professional level.

The Ron Grimley Undergraduate Centre has worked closely with clinical and academic experts affiliated with West Midlands Deanery hospitals and the University of Birmingham Medical School in the creation of iClinical productions. iClinical is intended as an adjunct to be used along side medical undergraduate curriculum, not as a replacement for it, and in no way does it determine precedence for importance of topics to be learned by its users. The information provided within iClinical is accurate as determined by professionals involved with the project, but users must refer to their bodies set or recommended text, or to material provided directly by the educational body itself.
